Ellen Wagner will be our opening keynote for the symposium. Ellen will explore, among other issues, the role of virtual worlds in her session, “Wayfinding in the Learning Metaverse.” Linda Thor and Sam Smith will also co-keynote to discuss the future of online education from community college and university leadership points of view. And providing an international outlook is a plenary panel discussing “Web 2.0 Applications for Social Networking: Innovations from Europe.” We are also very excited to have Sarah Robbins, “Intellagirl Tully,” who will be delivering featured session live in Carefree and simultaneously in Second Life.
