Legal issues with MUVEs
September 29th, 2007 Keith BourneI've come across many stories lately in the press concerning the legal issues with MUVEs, mainly Second Life. What legal issues should we be concerned with? Can we make attending sessions in the MUVE required? Does it matter if it is explicitly stated in the course description? Do different states have different regulations concerning this? Those are just some examples of legal issues that I would like to learn more about.
