Is it possible to submit multiple proposals - i.e., a proposal for each of the four program tracks?
multiple papers
I would guess that it makes sense to submit multiple papers.. I'm guessing that the committee will want to select one or more depending on the contexts that develop (which papers work with others). So, I would encourage this idea (...might be kick-back - but I'll bring it up to the committee)..

4 Great Papers is better than 1
Assuming each paper goes through the same review process and is judged relative to the other papers submitted, and that we don't run out of time slots, I can't think of why one person wouldn't be able to present on all 4 topics. If all 4 presentations make the cut, that would be impressive. I think you would have a pretty busy day though!
The only complication I would see is scheduling (ie. you don't want to schedule all 4 presentations at the same time during the symposium). There is a field on the first page of the CFP submission form that allows authors to leave a message for the reviewer. Perhaps we could encourage authors to indicate that they are submitting multiple papers to help us plan accordingly.
If there is more papers than slots available, I can see the potential for us having to just select only one from someone with multiple presentations. That has happened every year at our annual conference in Orlando, but it is difficult to determine at this point if it will happen with this new of an event.
It is a more likely scenario though that only 1 or 2 would be selected.
